Black Jinx Ring casts constant burden on player

Description

Started playing V054 10\8\2012

Played through Mages Full Quest.  House Telvanni full quest.

For the last 30 in-game days I have not been able to get rid of constent effect burden from picking up the Black Jinx Ring from the Quest for House Telvanni

How do I get rid if it..

try player.removespell 010402A3

For the moment Mofified Feather on ring to a extra 62 got carrying to255 for level 22

I can't replicate this issue on a clean install of v055, so closing.  Feel free to reopen this issue if it's still happening.
