Solved: Missing Textures/Transparent NPCS at night

Im having an issue with 2 NPCs at Syda Neen. Hrisskar and Raflord the Braggart are completely rendered normal during the day. Then if I wait 12 hrs till night, hrisskar goes into sneak which makes him be transparent. Especially his hair. so strange. At night he is constantly walking in a sneak. And Raflord the braggart, is also occasionally transparent at night) he as well is walking in sneak. If i make any changes like turning off bloom. or turning down anti aliasing. they both go COMPLETELY transparent. I am unable to natively do HDR as i have integrated Intel520 graphics but it runs oblivion perfectly. if i force HDR by forcing a higher level shader package. then the 2 aforementioned characters go completely transparent again. i can see their silhouette walking if you can even call it that. all other characters are completely normal. walking by these 2 in sneak. and like i said. in daytime these 2 are upright and fully rendered again. Could anyone give me any advice how to fix this? or has anyone encountered this?

PonyRider0 has helped me in Discord.  (on many issues) and said it sounds like my intel graphics card is forcing the shader package to be a very primitive low number package. So until i could get a better laptop is there any cure? Ive completely reinstalled and started new game to no avail

the strangest thing is turning off bloom and AA makes them go completely invisible instead of slightly transparent. some clue lies in that.

any help be great to resolve it

I don't really see any issues

I don't really see any issues with what you're describing. These NPCs are set up to go in sneak mode sometimes and when they do they automatically receive a Chameleon effect. Depending on your graphics settings Chameleon may look like a shimmer effect or just partial transparency.

Thank you.  I figured it out.

Thank you.  I figured it out. And ponyrider helped in discord too. My anti aliasing was making them only partially transculent ( and I didn't realize they were supposed to be translucent when sneaking to begin with) so I found taking off anti aliasing ( until I get a better graphics card) fixed it. Thanks again
