(Since 4 years ago that i was finishing oblivion for the 4 time(88% that time) i got an intrest in morrowind and since all fanboys agreed that there were option that made it supperior to oblivion.Then for the first time i thought why not make morrowind in better graphics(graphics like oblvion)(after try playing it with the thought of ending it).After 3 year i find this mod this day and this ofered me much enjoyment.
But since i want this modto go forth as a whole to public i decided to make it beter by either reporting bugs or asking for help on certain things.)
Bug Report:
I cannot recieve question marks/quest complete/quest in progress/quest dialogs in order to complete the main quest.
I cannot recieve the acceptance of the 2 houses( http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Hlaalu_Hortator and http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Redoran_Hortator ) They dont appear neither as a dialog nor as a quest mark(oblivion style).Since that i have given up and went to oblivion but there was some dialogs bugs.Like missing dialog screens etc

Any mods/advices on how to get over these issues?
Dude, I don't know how to help you. I had the occasional trouble with the main quest, but it always worked for me. My best reccomendation would be to sit down with a good guide and make sure you're talking to the right people at the right time.
If you can give some really specific problems, we could help you more. Made up Example: Dram Bero SHOULD call me hortator when I ask him about 'hortator' and he DOESN'T. Other than that man, I don't know where to point you.
I don't think your mods are messing it up though.
Quest markers show up in the right spots for me, along with diary entries...

Example of problem: In the Hlaalu Hortator quest after giving a kiss and getting his vote i go search for the Yellow book since no quest marks or journal updates shows.After finding 2 other house members(Yngling Half-Troll and Dram Bero) that i need to take their vote they doesnt seem to have any dialog involving the Hortator issue.
Is there a way to fix or bypass this issue like adding/avoiding this quest with journal entries(i mean console)?

What does he say about 'hortator'?
What is your active quest? It looks like "Hlaalu Hortator" is the quest that contains all the quest markers, so make sure it's that one.
If you wanted to skip the whole thing and become the Hllaalu Hortator, then type "setstage fbmwmqhlaalu 50" into the console. However, I don't know if that will jack your game up since you skip talking to a lot of people, but you could try.

When talked to about Hortator says something like : U have my vote.Just use ur charms and the counsilors will give u whatever ur little heart desires
What is your active quest? No active quest related to "Hlaalu Hortator".Also after failing to get the quest done i went to house redoran.Asked the House master for Hortator and told me about "saving his son"(which no quest mark/Journal entry was added and now the little brat doesnt allow me to save him.Quoting the son:This is none of ur bussiness)
Update:After using the console commands the redoran house seems to work.
btw is there any way to find the IDs of quests so i can use them to avoid future bugs or blank quests?
Update 2:There may be bugged due to the order i did the quest(easier to do than order suggested to).After using the console commands problem seems to have been fixed.(Problem:Missing dialogs/question marks/journal updates + oblivion blank dialogs)
For the quest journals / targets to work, you probably need to do them in order. You also need to have the right quest active, so look through your current quests and try to find the right quest to set as active.
This site has all the journal id's. Just add 'fbmw' in front of it and then 'mq' for main quest other ones are like 'bm' bloodmoon 'fg'fightersguild, 'mg'mages guild etc. Most should work that way.
So if you click the link its the 'totem of claw and fang' so to edit it's journal, the morrowind id is 'BM_Ceremony1' so you'd type 'fbmwbm_ceremony1'. It's not failsafe, but it should work most the time, and you can always check it out in the cs.

I have not reached that stage of the Hlaalu quest line yet,but maybe the statement by Crassius Curio about using your charms could mean that you have to get the disposition`s of all concerned higher before they will give you the correct answers.?
Have you tried bribing them.?
Bribe+ charming spell yes and still there wasnt any aspects of the dialog for the main quest
Has been Finished or Fixed can Play Hortator Quest right through if not you would not finish Main Quest
