Door and chest activation issues during The Dwemer's Bone

During The Dwemer's Bone quest, I found that I had great difficulty getting the door into Jeanne's bedroom activate/open and I found it impossible to open the chest where I was supposed to put the bone. Whenever I hit the activate button while looking at either, it would not activate them. Inexplicably, the door sometimes would activate, only if I was standing (not sneaking) and I seemed to be at a particular distance or angle, and it would always activate if I was running at it at the time I hit the activate button (though the quest would fail as I was always detected). The same issue would apply if I tried to close it again after opening it. Under no circumstances could I get the chest to open. I was able to get both of them to open instantly with "activate" in the console (therefore I could still complete the quest successfully), and after I put the bone in the chest and got the journal update I could open and close both the door and the chest as normal.
I couldn't find any reason why this should be happening in the CS, but my CS skills are quite bad. Any ideas? My plugins.txt is attached for your perusal if that helps.

Did this patch get merged into v052?
While some people would argue that Qwertyasdfgh is just those first 6 letters of the top two lines of the keyboard, we know that he is a Morroblivion making monster, and we appreciate him as such.
