Dwemer puzzlebox for Antabolis from main quest isn't there.

After getting the quest I followed the quest marker to where it should be. It wasn't there even though the marker was pointing at that specific spot. I checked online to see where it was and it is indeed supposed to be there but it isn't. I have been told to go to the construction kit and find the form id of the dwemer puzzlebox, if someone could give me the ID of the puzzlebox or explain how to access the contruction kit that would be great.
What journal entries for the quest "Antabolis Informant" do you have? Have you actually spoken to Antabolis about "Favor"?
Yeah, you have to speak to him about the quest first, you can't just head to the Dwemer ruin and grab it.
Yeah I've spoken to him and the journal entry specifically says to grab the dwemer puzzlebox for him. Like I said it isn't there. If I used the formID of the item to add it into my inventory would it count as getting the item or does it not count unless you pick it up from arkingthand?
(Also whats the formID of a dwemer puzzlebox lol)
Sorry to seem naggy, (is repeating myself considered annoying on this forum?) But could I get the formID of the dwemer puzzlebox?
It is there [I just checked in the CS],but not in the same location as the original game.
Here`s a clue "Hollow Hand" but you have to look for it.
