Some enchanted weapons charge amount in morroblivion is not the same as in Morrowind or atleast uesp.
http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Generic_Magic_Weapons#One-Hand_3
The ones I've noticed are the one-handed blades specifically:
Sword of white woe - in morroblivion, its charge is 100 and according to the uesp it is supposed to have 500. I'm trying not to be picky but in morroblivion, when using the sword you only get two hits before running out of charge. I find that kind of annoying, and went ahead and fixed the charge in the esp.
Demon Katanta - this I found interesting, in morroblivion it has a charge of 200 while the uesp records it having a charge of 30? The same thing happens with a couple others as well: Devil Katanta, and Fiend Katanta.
I'm not entirely sure if these items had a charge like this on purpose. If these items are supposed to have the charge according to the uesp I could edit the items and fix this issue.

I think weapon charge amounts in Morroblivion should be higher than in Morrowind because:
- charge no longer automatically restores over time
- base spell costs are different
- there is no Enchantment skill (in Morrowind high Enchantment skill made enchanted items use less charge)
- average soul capacity is higher in Oblivion
Right now a lot of enchanted weapons aren't adjusted to Oblivion mechanics which makes them have ridiculously low use count.
Spells and Enchantments have been edited over and over again by almost everybody that has been involved in this project.
They still are not right, and are certainly far from perfect.
However, I think we are to the point that what you see is what you get.
