Notes on the Fighter's Guild questline, as played in v32...
* Berwin's Stalker - The only way to start this quest is through the guild, however, in the original Morrowind, Berwin will (for obvious reasons) ask you to kill the corprus stalker in her shop as soon as you first speak to her. In Morroblivion, the stalker is there from the word go (as it should be) but Berwin will make no mention of the subject until you're sent there on guild business.
* Sondaale - You're sent to escort an idiot high elf through a shrine. Two dreamers with bows should be near the entrance, but they instead attack with clubs. Once you get to your target, she's not standing on the table as she should be, but instead wanders around the area she's in. Once escorted out, she doesn't stop automatically following, and must instead be told to wait.
* If asked about the "Fighter's Guild", Percius Mercius will refer to you as the guild master regardless of your actual rank. Haven't noticed this behaviour with other guildmembers, but I may've missed it.
* The Necromancer of Vas - You're sent to escort Ulyne Henim to kill a necromancer, but she won't stop following you once you've accomplished this (nor do you have the option to ask her not to).
* Bandits in Suran - This quest will not end when you talk to the questgiver about it after completing the task. The waypoint marker stays locked on him and the quest remains in the journal.
* Remove Sjoring's Supporters - Percius Mercius sends you to kill two other high-standing guild members, Lorbumol gro-Aglakh and Eydis Fire-Eye. It's possible to tweak this quest by going through the theive's guild line first (which I'd mostly completed - other then the lack of "trespassing" zones mentioned elsewhere around here, it's nearly entirely bug-free), such that Eydis denounces Sjoring and so doesn't have to be killed.
Morroblivion retains a bug from Morrowind where she'll still attack you if spoken to after starting this quest regardless of the above (even if you've already finished it and become guildmaster). It also aimed a waypoint marker at her despite the fact that she wasn't on my hit-list.
* Kill Hard-Heart - Percius Mercius gives you a key to a chest that should contain "an almost full set of Orcish armour", but only contains the chest-piece. In addition, taking it or the glass armour in the other chest is considered stealing, despite the fact that he gave you verbal permission to take either set.
Completing the task does not update the "Fighter's Guild" quest in your journal (which keeps track of your rank), and so it remains stuck there.
v53, found that the http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Desele's_Debt quest has some problems. I taunted Desele into attacking me, then paralyzed her and looted the gold. However, I was then unable to give the gold to the NPC that's in charge of the Balmora Fighter's Guild. I also tried a method known to work in Morrowind: killing the NPC who the debt is owed to then paying the debt. Again, I couldn't give up the gold. Additionally, I came back to Desele and found she was continually fleeing. I had to start a fight in the middle of Suran to kill her (getting me a bounty, but completing the quest for its incredibly lousy 100 gold reward).
v54, The Necromancer of Vas has an issue in that if Ulyne is killed, the quest marker stays on Daris Adram and the quest/journal do not update even after Daris is killed. Resurrecting Ulyne and speaking with her will make the quest proceed (although, strangely, Percius will still respond as if Ulyne is still dead, perhaps because the quest only checks that Ulyne dies.) Additionally, Ulyne seemed to just run out of the dungeon very soon after combat begun, and upon exiting I found her dead right outside. I'm fairly certain that nothing outside the dungeon would kill her (all the Cliff Racers and such I had killed earlier), which suggests she somehow exited right as she died or exiting the dungeon killed her.
Once Ulyne is dead it doesn't really matter if you kill Daris Adram or not - you'll get the same response from Percius.
You'll need to speak to Percius first in order to get the option to pay the debt yourself. Or you can convince Desele to pay. Or you could kill her. Plenty of possible ways to complete the quest, really.
Well that clears up most of the issues.
The quest marker should certainly change from Daris to Percius upon Ulyne's death.
Somewhat of a feature request for the other quest: Desele's Debt should be resolvable by looting her while she's paralyzed. It is getting the mony from her. Not a particularly practical method due to problems with her staying hostile or fleeing, but still a way to get the money out of her pocket.

The locked door problem has also been experienced by a youtuber doing a let's play. He came back later and Drarayne's house was unlocked, but after he killed the rats inside and talked to her, the door was locked (and stayed locked while she went outside). After waiting a while, the door did unlock.

I'm doing the Pudai Eggmine quest. I only found SIX Golden Eggs, the seventh is nowhere to be found in the entire mine, I even "moved" the Kwama Queen by walking against her, pushing her aside to see if it wasn't beneath her body somewhere. Is this bypassable, do I need to cheat or what?
I'm on v058, doing Fighter's Guild questline. As a mere Warder I was able to get the 'Remove Sjoring's Supporters' quest when I should not have. I completed it and naturally 'Kill Hard-Heart' came next. I talked to Percius, got the equipment from his chest, then went to Sjoring.
Sjoring does not have any of his dialogue for the quest and just greets me normally. I can't do any new orders since I have some already and can't complete the Fighter's Guild questline as a result.
How exactly?
All 7 eggs should be there, close to the Queen. Maybe it rolled over somewhere?
I did the Eidis Fire-Eye/Balmora Fighter's Guild chain to completion, then Percius Mercius/Ald'ruhn next. I did nothing out of the ordinary as far as I can tell. I just progressed the questline in Ald'ruhn (noting that I hadn't gotten any promotions since the Bandits in Suran quest) and he gave me Remove Sjoring's Supporters after I completed Flin for Elith-Pal, as though I met the requirements when I clearly did not.
Yes, looks like that's a bug. I will go through other reports and post a combined fix here.
