I'd say five, one, and 7, they could probably be cut up and used in other places. 13 and 14 seem harder to do that to. I like the gears though. They could be used to.
Outside opinion here, but I'm a particular fan of 3, 8 and 11 because although they're still very obviously production lines, they don't feel quite as much like steampunk'd car assembly lines. All of these look great, though.
That's most great, that would be really good to have in this mod.
By the way, does mod has some new small items, desk accessories?
Would be great to have some gas lighters, pens, carpets and other loot.
I like 9, it seems like it would fit perfectly into the existing tileset and is not too "robotic" and modern looking. Other then that, I love the gear work and verticality in 12 and 13
so i would imaging dwemmer using special robots to built other robots not just mechanical arms that would just be a step back only using a mechanical arm

Mechanical arms/robots can be really enormous work to animate, but conveyer idea as general - good and relatively easy achievable. For simple thing production some stamping machines would be more related.
i would suggest to start from simple line that gets raw rocks and ore from some invisible source and produces it, using existing (modeled) dwemer machinery (grinder-like thing) to powder feeding to some smelter device to get ingots or molten stream of metal (maybe stretched to big part of that dwemer keep under floor).
This would add idea of design to many of dwemer machines. Same way with glass and other local materials.
