Heres a picture of The Heightmaps from Skyrim, Morrowind and Oblivion. http://www.flickr.com/photos/69777065@N06/6350916624/

Now what I was having trouble with is... Well I have no Idea where to begin on how to convert them to an esp and import it to skyrim.

What tools do I need? I have no experence in this type of thing. Please can some one tell me(step by step) what I need to do in a format that someone with anyone with no experence would no how to do it.

It hangs on BOOK.  Not that big of a deal to just skip a form that is not working.  Besides, someone will probably find the problem anyways, and then we will be able to fix it.
