I got tired of the ground not having grass, i got tired of the water looking horrible, and i got tired of the ground textures having a stupid pattern.
Skywind Beautification downloads (two parts of it)
simply just put it into your skyrim directory. doesnt use any new meshes, Only 1 nerw texture. Justs a grass and water fixing mod. and a lil something extra
I added grass, and made the water reflect sun and land better than before.
i guess i will start working on sky soon. i want the sky to look better. right now it annoys me a lil. lol

Is it just me or am I not seeing any grass? I don't see any grass anywhere. Is there a specific place you put them?
No, i havent completed all the grass yet. My CK doesnt like me right now. It wont let me enter some areas to see if the grass works. Also there is an error with the water. The distant water isnt correct. It doesnt have waves. I am fixing it. Ive only completed the southern half of the world so far.
pretty much just go around Seyda neen, Vivec, suran, and some of the grazelands areas
the swampy places are good too

About the water and sky,when we unpacked the oblvion and SIs bsa`s we deleted those folders in textures,so what you are seeing is skyrim sky and water.
yep. i know, i am tweaking each one of the original skyrim textures so that they appear more pleasent in skywind.
Will that change them in the skyrim world too.?

If you haven't downloaded it already, there's a mod for Skyrim that makes the water look really good. http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/13268 I don't think we need to change the water.
yeah ill probably just copy thier water info, and ask them if i can use thier water textures

The mod, i have gone over the maximum limit allowed on mediafire. Nothing else, just the ESP and water thingy
peoples be hating on it in comments. gosh how i hate when people say "there is a bunch of black there. How is this beautification... Then i reply with "Dude all i did was add grass and water, im not fixing any errors or mistakes that the convertor made. Have yet to upload the file, for some reason it takes long.
Ignore them i say, this makes a huge difference and if people are too ignorant to see that Skywind is only in its beginning stages then that's their problem.
k Well broke the file into two seperate parts. got almost all grass to actually have grass. Then i added a little something extra... U will see once u donwload... or should i say hear once u download?
Oh and i have yet to upload, uploading now, or soon enough. Going to have both links in the main post and down here.

Hmm the water wont reflect custom nifs and land?
Do you use the esm i converted and uploaded? have you done any changes to it in nifskope? Did you unpack the complete morroblivion installation into skyrim dir?
Im just asking because i need to figure out why CK and ingame wont work around the pelagiad area, just getting crashes.
uh i can roam freely aroound pelagdid... i dont crash at all, well unless i walk into a tree. So this is what i did when i installed it after clearing out skyrim
Step 1: i donwloaded your master file and set it in my skyrim directory,
Step 2: i downloaded nifs and copied textures from morro\ folder
Step 3: i entered game and looked around
Step 4: i left opened up my SE Textures, found all the folders from architecture\Settlements, then i only exported the following texture: Roof01.dds, Roof01_n.dds, then go into the Interior folder and export settlementwallint01, and settlementwallint01_n
Step 5: while in SE Textures.bsa i went to trees\ and exported the Billboards, branches, dementia, Leaves, mainia folders. Then i extracted a Texture from that folder: canopyshadow.dds
Step 6: i extracted entire contents of my oblivion textures.bsa, Then i deleted the files that skywind didnt use like certain parts of the the sky and water folder, U need to check before deleting it, i think there was some textures that were for skywind in there.
Step7: i loaded it up in CK saved it, then got into game. after DL shadows lod.
*Note that i dont have Skyroblivion on this computer*

It seems though there is a little incompatibility between the morrowind and skyrim textures - and in Morrowind the black equaled transparent, while in skyrim maybe white does. Or am I wrong? It just seems like the leaves of those trees should look separate, but they aren't...
Well, I was just noting this - I know this wasn't what we should have watch for on these pictures.
would smoothing the meshes make them less blocky?
very nice I think that after this mode will become final or at least working, modders like Vurt or the guys behind WaterRedux or climates of tamriel will take a look and help with the beautification process.
About the textures for the ground, they are repetitive and ugly... Is there a way to create new texture meshes instead of repeating the basic ones in oblivon and Morrowind?
