Damn Sorrow and Alexander, great job! Looking a LOT better! Was it a problem or setting with the converter?
A setting we had to go throught one by one and fix them I think that we got them all but we only have checked a few

the grazeland trees really need some work on the branches, poor uv mapping by bethesda
we added some transparency settings to each tree to make it see through on those parts.
Also feel free to post your own screenshots! Let us know how we did!

Guys, certain trees crash you in the game, Parasol 2 (Mushroom type 2) does along a few types of trees in the bitter coast area. Please tell us which tree does it adn take a few screensshots of the ones that do, send it to us so we can identify which tree it is, and we wil fix it! Thanks

We also started going through all of the smaller plants like grass and removing collision settings from them so you anyone notices a collision where there shouldn’t be one let us know that as well!
about the smaller plants, why not replace with similar plants from skyrim? also bushes and stuff like that, and
maybe retexture some skyrim plants to look more like morrowind plants, because many morrowind
models look outdated and misplaced in skyrim 
rocks also crash you! so watch out for em. i dont know how to fix it
i am not experiencing any crashing so far, i am using the trees you fixed.
Just certian meshslike the Parasol 2 mushroom tree there is one right outside of Balmora on the way to Shulk egg mine
I am pleased to hear such progress is being made! I gave up on getting Morroblivion to stabilize app. 1 year ago today, but I will definitely give Skywind a go once we get a release. Keep up the good work!
I also added sound to ground, so when u step it makes a sound now.

Oh and im starting to add armors, i am breaking up all kinds of stuff right now in hopes to make it work

I am going to test this on my seperate skyrim installation now that I've deleted my old install with wayyyy too many mods and reinstalled for using the latest Dawnguard DLC
I will report and screencap/shot and report and crashes I encounter. Usually I am the one to crash being on older hardware so my desktop would make a good test subject :P

Well, that stuff im posting has yet to be released my friend, i have to get permission from everyone before i start uploading, and i already have permission from 1 right now. Going to se if i can use the old oblivion armors, (except for the iron and stuff, it was way too ugly and bad.) but i will check.

When this mod gets near finished, you should get it running under Linux (probably via Wine). 
Yeah the Iron was really bad, especially because it wasn't separated.
But it is better than nothing I guess.

I honestly don't know the differerence though, is that Skyrim, Oblivion, or Morroblivion Daedric? Also, has helpfulperson gotten back to you about using his converted armors?
You don't really need to use new ground textures, as Eloth is working hard on those. After all he did do our visual overhaul so I think he can do a pretty good job
, but those pink/black/flickering patches definitely need some work. I'm glad you are taking that up.

No, helpful hasnt gotten back to me on the stuff. Unfortuantely This armor is not equiped like Left Pauldron, Right Pauldron, It Is Daedric Pauldrons, which is still better, because you still have more variety than you did in oblivion. I did break it down so you can have greaves equipped, however if you are wearing cuirass without greaves you will have no legs. There is no way to fix this unfortunately, Well there might be, but i think i would have to go in and change the biped nodes for the original skyrim skeleton. Or we can make a new race for skywind npcs, and when making thier skeletons only make it so that the chestpiece only bipes that part of the chest. Its for u guys to decide, Do We really want to go through the process of remaking all the npcs we already completed just so the legs dont dissapear when we equip a chest item?
My opinion: Do whatever it takes to get it right! Just alter the original skeleton if that is at all possible, but if not, then go back and redo the NPCs. Starting something wrong is no excuse to just keep doing it wrong, go back and fix it before the problem just gets bigger. I will not budge on this opinion, and I hope others will agree with me.
Other thoughts: About the pauldrons, was that impossible, or just difficult to separate them. If it is impossible to have left and right pauldrons then I am fine, but I think we need to try our hardest to make everything as close to Morrowind as possible. Even if it takes a few weeks longer to reach that state, we need to do it.
Seldalore: That is not Morrowind armor. Morrowind armor looks like junk, though I agree that it is probably Morroblivion armor.
I agree with Shadow, although it sucks to redo work, I think it's really important that we do it right.

I wasn't aware actual Morrowind armor was a possibility in Skyrim... but yeah, that's what I meant. Morrowind-inspired! Still looks spectacular. 
It could also be the Natherforme's armor, the one you can find on Skyrimnexus.
The more I look at it, the more I think it is whatever we used in Morroblivion. Its strange, I can easily identify a set of armor from any of the three games, as well as tell what game it is from, except for Daedric. Probably just because I don't see it that often I guess.
Edit: Alexander, is it possible to just attach some dummy legs to the curaiss? I don't know much about modeling, but wouldn't that work at the sake of some performance? To avoid the different skin color problem, they could just have some kind of long underwear texture. Hope this idea works.
When i seperate them, The BSShaders and BSSkinData nodes either get removed or altered so that the pauldron are completely black i tried for DAYs just to fix it, and when i did they would crash my CK, or they would appear to be invisible because they do not have any vertex weights, I tried to fix it, but for some reason it just crashes when i do. Also it is going to be extremely difficult to rewrite skyrims original skeleton, Because if we alter it so that it works for skywind, it will no longer work for skyrim. Creating a new Race with seperate skeletons and stuff is a option, IT is very difficult tho, We would have to edit the biped node for the new races and also change all of our npcs in game, Also If i were to do this it would take a VERY long time, because i also have to deal with school work, I would also have to copy the hair data and skin coloring data, scar, tatoo, and eyes for each one and hope that they would work with the new races. I will also have to make the armor compatible with the new race, which may or may not work. But as i said i can try, but i dont feel like wasting time on something just to have it not work.
No we cant put dummy legs on the curiass, I tried and all of the ported armors look wierd because the dummy legs dont dissapear and sometime you can see the legs through the grieves.
