How do you get to the other expansions?
I feel really dumb right now, as I've played Morrowind before, but how do you get to the bloodmoon and tribunal expansions?
If you go to Khuul, there is a Khajit fellow who will take you to Solstheim, the island of Bloodmoon expansion. If you finish Main Quest in MORROBLIVION(It is slightly different in Morrowind), quests will directly lead you to Mournhold, city of Tribunal expansion.

Well, if you can, I'm stuck on the main questline, Cauis said to advance in ranks in the fighters guild, mages guild, imperials, etc... So, I'm up to swordsman in the fighters guild and I've completed all the quests Fire-Eye has for me. I tried to talk to Caius again, but when I press "orders" he says t orank up in any of those guilds. (I'm using Morroblivion)
So what do I do?
You have to be a level four character to start the main quest. This isn't strictly enforced in Morrowind, but we did it for a reason, detailed here: http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Morrowind:Report_to_Caius_Cosades#Caius_Cosades
