error with the esp converter. cant find esm.!

i need help with the ESP converter, i downloaded morroblivion about a week
ago, and am just now deciding to ask. anyway i am running with windows
vista, and a basically top of the line pc (alien ware) i dont know if it
matters but my graphics card is a nividia 9800 and it shiped with the pc.
ok, now to the point. i changed my ini. file to this specific setup

so as you can see all i want is morrowind itself with no extras, after
that i saved and loaded the ESP converter as instructed but when it loads
it says:
Parsing Morrowind.esm
File C:\Program files\Bethesda softworks\Morrowind\Datafiles\Morrowind.esm doas not exist
no records in!
press enter... and when i press enter the program closes. can i get some
help with this please?
