Cant get into Morrowind
I converted al the files and it worked. I took the boat to Morrowind but after loading the character was set in The Air. From that position I could see Morrowind, or better said ah half isle. It was pretty far away and I couldnt move anymore. I retried it again and again but it doesnt work.
Does anybody know what to do?

erase all the morroblivion files and do the convertion all over.
I can't get to Morrowind either. I tried using the mod to get a boat into Seyda Neen, but no new boat appears in Anvil. I then tried the console command
player.coc BalmoraVSTemple
Can that be an issue of using Windows 7? I know that Morrowind and Oblivion aren't officially supported by Windows Vista or Windows 7, but the original versions of both games run perfectly well in my case of Win7. I will try reconverting Morroblivion tomorrow, but nothing worked today...
I've spent all morning trying to fix it and it still doesn't work. The conversion seems to be doing okay with no errors interrupting the progress. The Data file is checked, the "morro" folders in the Meshes and Textures folders appear with all the files and folders inside, so I can't help but think everything is as it should be. Yet still the "center of cell" console command does not teleport me anywhere in Morrowind. Perhaps there is a fully converted version available online? Maybe I'm missing something. I tried it once yesterday and twice today. 
the converter was made for xp, and for vista maybe . But for 7 i think it will not work. Sorry :?
It is important that the Moroblivion esm files are loaded directly after the Oblivon.esm. Otherwise everything floats in the air...
I am having a different issue... I have been in Morrowind already and cheated myself back to Tamriel. When I went to the boat in IC again to go back after doing some quests in TAmriel, the guy talks to me and says he brings me there, but then nothing happens. We just keep standing on the boat. :-/
This happened to me too.
You will have to find your way to morrowind on your own.
Try the console or reconvert.
