caves and shrines underwater

I seem to have a few caves and shrines underwater. Is there a fix for this or is it just me?

Hey all,
I might add that I have no bows either. I have run ESP converter several times with the same results.

Use this mod
Use this mod http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=21971 it fixes all the interiors to the right level of water.
