What do i do next?

Hey i just downloaded the latest morroblivion from this site with win-zip and extracted everything to the data location for oblivion but like all the stuff and data for morroblivion is in a folder called something like esp converter. I am confused what to do next and when i read the readme i still didnt understand anyhthing. Please help. Oh also when i tried running ESP_conv.exe file it just ran and eventually something popped up saying that a problem has occured and closes it down.

Follow each one of the steps, and you should be fine I know its kinda tricky... but give it a try.
