Morroblivion: The Resurrection of Morrowind

So I run the Esp Converter, and I get a message saying ;

Cant crate C:\Program Files... \Data\Morrinwind_ob.cnv

And I am running on Windows Vista 64bit.
And my specs are deff good enough
Nvidia 9500Gt
3 Gigs

Any help?

EDIT: I found out the problem. The folder was named data files and not data. You may have to rename your folders
