Download problems
Yeah, I tried downloading it and it says it's a 7Z file or whatever and I can't figure out how to extract it to my mod's folder. Anyone help?

How do I get it? And is it free because I have no money at all.
NO!! Use 7zip. Best extracting tool you'll ever need. And yes it's free and open sourced.

Well, actually I got a download of Winrar from this emulator I downloaded on my laptop, so how could I do it with that?

PD: Ho! and btw, about the name of the Topic, you didn't have a Download Problem, you don't know hot to install the mod, wich is different, just saying! Because it sounds more like if you had a problem downloading the file from the website, when there's no problem with the ESP Converter or the server. Have a good one!
Yeah... i use vista too. If something doesn't work on vista, just set it to administrater.
