i installed everything like it was in the manual,
did everything correct (i think)
bot the boats isnt there

at data there is :

lorecreatures.esp
MorroblivionTribunal_fr.esp
Morroblivion_fr.esp
Morrowind_ob.esm

Tribunal_ob.esm
