Filling Empty Land?
There's a huge land mass & body of water between Tamriel and Seyna Neen. (I know because I flew & swam over it twice; just to see if I could start the Morrowind quest after doing the Chargen thing in Tamriel.) Does anyone have any plans to fill it or change it in any way? Because, I'm thinking, this would be a great space for newbies to mod in.

It is a huge install, but well worth it for normal gameplay. Besides that, the heightmap you are required to download opens up all of tamriel for modding.
That's the mod that enabled me to fly and swim etc. I personally suck at modding, but I still want to try...
As far as I know noone has any plans, but that kind of project would take you a LONG time. You are free to do whatever you want, but I wonder if you would consider helping out with Morroblivion itself, or even Morroskyrim. Morroblivion still has a lot of things that are not finished that you could work on.
I was thinking of a village called the "Ass End of Nowhere" with a bunch of cowardly NPCs who are set to essential. It would be a place my girl could go and beat people up and loot and steal. But I would have to leave the rest of the area blank because I'm not up to filling all that. I could put that village somewhere else. Since this site is PG-13 I couldn't post alot of my stuff since I use xLovers. For example, I made a patch I named "Morroblivion Naked Girl Guards" that also unsets the No Rumors flag in the NPC creation box and gives them a sexy walk. I'm probably going to get frowned upon just for posting this.
And I won't be playing Skyrim for a long time because I have real problems with Steam. (Or is it Stream? That's how much I care.)
