Telvanni Stronghold Quest Problem

First off, Thanks for the fabulous mod!  I have put about 10 hours into it so far and have enjoyed it a lot.

I, however, have a problem when doing the Telvanni Stronghold quest.  I have given the lady 5000 drakes, retrieved her schematics from the Dwemer ruins, and played on for 6 days.  My quest then updated with the trigger to talk to her again, but when I do, no new dialog options come up for me to select :/

If you have any ideas what is causing this, or how I can use console commands to set the stage of the quest, I would be very greatful.
