[MERGED] Slowfall
This mod restores 1 more lost magic effect from Morrowind - Slowfall.
I'm providing 2 versions:
1.) Regular - uses scripted effect spells. Falling speed is constant in this version for now. It is possible to make it diverse, but only for pre-existing spells. Merged in v054
2.) OBME version - superseded by Lost Magic.
I would prefer not using obme
I tested this out today:
1) Created a default "Mage" character so I'd have a high alteration skill
2) Went to Balmora Mages Guild, bought "Levitate" spell
3) Used the guild guide to travel to Sadrith Mora, bought "Slowfall" spell
4) Levitated up to the top of wolverine hall, cast "Slowfall", jumped off.
Everything worked out great, nice work!
Since Levitate basically has the same effect as slowfall (but you can also travel up, not just down), I think most people will just use Levitate anyway, as the spell requirements (Alteration school) are about the same. Knowing that, I would say it's fine to just merge in the regular version into the main ESM file, and provide the alternate, OBME version if people want to download it.
Yep, that was my original idea.
In fact I already converted levitation into usable effect too 
Also, I think slowfall is supposed to be cheaper than levitation.

Is it ok to use your usable levitation effect in any future mods for morroblivion.?

What do you mean by "usable effect" exactly? Like for enchanting?
Cause Levitation seems to work fine already as a spell.
Yes, aviable for spellmaking, brewing custom potions and stuff.
Also, it has actual magnitude, which controls movement speed (but magicka cost for powerful spells is quite high).
