possible virus on the OB_ESM installer from mediafire

Hi,
I d/l the ob_esm installer from mediafire, but my norton removes it immediately after rar extraction. Seems to have a virus? Is there another link someone can post that I can d/l this?

Norton automatically removes programs that are not commonly downloaded by the community of Norton users, fearing it is a virus or malicious program. Right-click on the Norton icon in the taskbar & turn it off until you finish downloading the program, then turn Norton back on & it won't get deleted.
