where do i download the bloodmoon_ob.esm & the tribunal_ob.esm? i have the morrowind_ob.esm but cant find the other two...help please.

You don't need them ... they are merged into morrowind_ob.esm.
ok but i downloaded a tribunal main quest.esp & its askes for tribunal_ob.esm

my fault, should of worded it better, i have a main morrowind quest.esp which sayes it needs bloodmoon_ob.esm & tribunal_ob.esm
what do i do just play it with morrowind_ob.esm? does that do all 3?
The "Morrowind Main Quest.esp" is NOT compatible with the current version of the Morrowind_ob.esm Project.
It is designed to be used with a direct conversion from Morrowind. A "Direct Conversion" is, literally, converting Morrowind to Morroblivion by usint the ESP Converter available on this site's download page.
The "Morrowind Main Quest.esp" is NOT the complete Morrowind Main Quest; it is complete through Corprus Cure. There is some of the framework for Mehra Milo and the Lost Prophesies, but very little of that quest is actually workable. This mod was my introduction to Morrowind/Morroblivion way back when...
Bloodmoon_ob.esm and Tribunal_ob.esm are both Empty; the ONLY thing they are needed for is that the game crashes without them because of the way Oblivion deals with Master Files. Nice. They are created by the Conversion to Morroblivon.
