NPC doesn't move

Hi, I just installed Morroblivion, and wonna know if NPCs will ever move, cause its great mod and it's too bad that the NPCs are not moving...

Yes, they will move. Although I believe this portion of the project is not completely finished, so some towns may only have very basic AI.

Depends on the NPC. Some do and some don't. Most of the NPCs in Balmora, Ald Ruhn, Caldera and Seyda Been have AI. Other towns are different, some do, some don't.
