I know its normal that when you try and run all 3 esp to get errors from when i previously modded morrowind. I made change to the ini and included the "AllowYesToAll=1" line which lets you skip all the errow boxes but then the CS gets as far as the vor Lair interior and crashing completely does anyone know a work around for this at all?

I once had this exact prblem
It is caused by a bad install ... usually when you install tribunal after bloodmoon or if you install the older Construction set after installing bloodmoon.
Basically each expansion makes changes to the CS and it gets messed up if you install them in the wrong order or if you manually install the original CS.
Your best bet is to uninstall morrowind completely and then install it again in the following order:
1) Morrowind with Construction Set
2) Tribunal (includes a CS update)
3) Bloodmoon (includes a CS update)
This way your CS will be properly upgraded.
You will still get errors when you load all three esms (you need Yes-to-all) but it will not crash.
