Recived Quest from.

Mouth Raven Omayn want's me to bring her a ring known as Black Jinx.

Asked around House Telvanni.

I was told that the Black Jinx belongs to Morang Tong.

Found Alven Salas Has Black Jinx.

Taunt Till he Attacks Player, made Shore he hit Player 2-3 times before fighting back.

Quest comes up.

I have defeated Alven Salas in a Duel over the Black Jinx..

Problem is STILL got Done for Murder, Payed Fine got released picked up ring Should not have got done for murder.

Am going to Delete save files try Again...

Second time round Still got Done for Murder..

So waited till he was in doors played Quest the same way did not get done for murder.

Under Oblivion you Could finish an argument in Public as long Your Player did not start the Attack first you could kill them..

This part of the game -IS- Oblivion, Morroblivion has nothing to do with crime detection. Some modifications have been done when Morag Tong writs are involved, but as far as I know has nothing to do with any other aspect of crime.

Oblivion is... not perfect.

I really think this is a case of Oblivion not working like it should, not Morroblivion causing problems.
