i must to do quest line in the thieves guild but i stopped on the quest missing thief

Description

i must to do quest line in the thieves guild but i stopped on the quest missing thief because mhen i enter to the elven nation and start to speek with peoples they only tall that they dont now what argument i had with feruren but i wont no part on it and conversation is terminated  

if somebody can, please help

I admit this quest is a little confusing, but if you improve your disposition with the bartender (Gadela Andus) up to above 90 or so, she will tell you where Nads lives.

So yeah, this quest works fine.
