All i can come up with these are issues not bugs cannot find a category.
Dreugh coming up through the walk way in to Talvanni Hall has happened Half Adozen time forces game to crash, save game at Tel Nage before going in to Talvanni hall. So when it crashes when coming out of telvanni hall Reload at that point Kill the Dreugh go in hall and out Then it does not crash.
When talking to Feruren Oran if player stands in Wrong spot you sink to the floor.
You go in to the Gateway inn late enough Ery sleeps in Mid air at the side off the bed not on Bed.
When looking For Black Jinx going in to Morag Tong Guild player Falls through the floor to land on floor. Do not hsve picture for this one.
Cannot find a Clanfear any where in game that attacks the player you can stand right next to them and they will not attack..
What do i need to reinstall to fix WTF on all boats on the cantons around Vivec only have wtf no boats.
2 WTF in Bthunthumz.
still running V53 Done to much to install V54 and start all over yet.

Boat Meshes are in the most recent version of Additional Support Files 2 available on the Project Release Thread.
If you are using Eloth's Graphic Overhaul, most of the meshes have the potential of sinking through the floor, as there was an error copied through them all. In most cases the error is overlooked and does nothing, but there are specific circumstances (that don't make any sense) that trigger it. For instance, after killing one of Hashmi's Storm Atronachs, I immediately started falling through floors.
As a side note, Oblivion catches you when you've fallen far enough, and I discovered that, with some practice, you can actually move around like that, so you aren't totally stuck.
We updated a bunch of meshes that had the most obvious problems, Ald-Ruhn Redoran floors, but to do them all was daunting as each one is a pain by itself... multiplied by thousands is impossible.
If you can figure out what combination of things trigger the falling, it will be easier to work around.
I can almost guarantee that this will never truly be fixed, so a workaround is the best we can hope for at this point. There are alternative meshes put up by Hashmi, but I think he concentrated on exteriors, not interiors. Also, I remember seeing some other meshes put up by somebody. These might help.
Now I'm not sure about the murderers; I'm having second thoughts; there is probably some bug that has crept in since I played through it.
Clanfear were fine when I played through it, but I haven't been to Vvardenfell in a while.
Looks like missing boats are my fault - model path is wrong. Here's a fix
I've seen the clannfear issue too - it's not that they are not attacking the player, they just don't move. I think this is animation-related.
That would make sense then that I did not notice anything because I do not use Hashmi's Daedra. I modded the originals back.

Thanks David B I installed a week after you released v053 dont know what i installed only worry about at the time .
From Version 25 to 35 it straight forward to install. Missed from there v050 have kept up since.v53-54 starting to need a complete list of what has been put in to them so things dont get overriten to stuff install..
I had to give up onplaying V053 .

Two days ago I started playing Morroblivion and I thought I want to help a little with this project by adding some voice files from Morrowind to it. First I wanted to import the caravaners "Where do you want to go?" dialogues but every time I try to modify a dialogue (or simply view the path of a dialogue) the CS crashes. When I open Morrowind_ob.esm in the CS I get an error message: "Second ReadFile() in GetChunkData failed with error." I don't know if these are related somehow.
Also I've noticed that Morroblivion uses the Add Topics box in the CS which can cause problems indicated here:

Maybe you should avoid that in future versions if you can.
Problems with AddTopic are grossly overstated. There is a specific set of things Oblivion is vulnerable to, but sometimes people like to project things like they're this big issue. It's not.
If you are using Windows 7, then you MUST have a microphone plugged into your microphone jack or else you will crash every time you try to modify dialog.
