Thread for all Lantern-related problems.

1) Some lanterns are still carried sideways.

2) Some lanterns still fall off their hooks, even though the hooks have collision.  They probably need to be repositioned in the construction set.  There are a few in Caldera for example.

I will update this issue as I have time to investigate... or someone else can

P.S. I closed the old NPCs carry sideways lantern topic since it was very old and out of date

I was wondering why lanterns were all over the place xD Didnt know they actually hooked on, was thinking of making a collision shelf for them so they'd stick (like with that fellow who falls out of the air towards the beginning of the game with the scrolls of icarian flight.)

I second that!  All my Seyda Neen lanterns are plopping onto the ground.  Caldera as well.

I played around with the settings in NifSkope and for me anyways, this fixed the problem (if they haven't already fallen).

Doesnt matter where Im, the latern always on the ground. If I enter a new city I see them falling to the ground. Im I alone with this issue? (see attached files)

I endure the same issue, for me its randomized if they fall or not. But if they do, they do create a huge lagspike. 

Some other things I noticed:

- Banners/flags randomly spazes out too.

- When I touch a moveable object(lets say a candle on the ground, and so it falls/moves), other moveable objects on the map are starting to fall/move too.

Edit: torches falls/moves randomly too for me.

All that you are describing are the results of crappy Oblivion's Havok

Lanterns could be fixed by making them non-Havoked. Not sure what can be done about banners. And

Is the behaviour which happens in vanilla game quite a lot.
