Missing quest - Vodunius Nuccius

Seems like this quest is missing, unless this is something wrong with my install or something. I don't get the dialog option which starts the quest. I might take a look at why this is tomorrow I suppose.

Amazing job everyone here's done on Morroblivion; I can't stand feel of the Morrowind engine, so it's nice to have a chance to play the game in a form that's so beautiful and fluid.
This quest is Definately there. I have done this quest several times.
That's weird; somehow my character didn't have the 1littleSadvice topic. No idea how that happened; no other topics seem to be missing. Easy to fix anyway.
I have played through 377 quests. They all work, so if something isn't working as you think it should, then there is probably something that you are not doing.
Except maybe Fargoth. This is the one quest that I told the questgiver "Sorry, not interested." And, from what I understand, some of it is a little buggy. However, I never had any interest in doing or debugging this quest. Sorry.
Vodunius Nuccius does not come up like that. You have to ask him about rumors or advice, then go talk to the Caravaneer to get the topic, THEN go back and talk to him.
Sorry to bring up an old topic, but I just started giving Morroblivion a try (and have been very impressed). However, I also could not start Vodunius Nuccius's quest. When I first saw him his only topics were Latest Rumors and Taunt. Latest Rumors gave a generic response, and then disappeared. Now the only conversation option that shows up on my game is Taunt. There are no conversation options with the Silt Strider woman either (other than Destination). I am running 0.49.
This quest works fine for me. You have to talk to him, then talk to the silt strider person, then go back and talk to him again. I have done this quest several times recently.
I figured it works for most people since it hasn't been brought up often, but for whatever reason it isn't working in my game and I thought I would report it. I'm not too broken up about it since it's such a minor quest.
