"Mysterious killings" Quest bug.

Description

A quest to find the murderer of several foreigners in vivec. Giver is Office of the Watch at the Temple.
The murderer is a Dreamer Prophet in the Vivec Foreigner Canton sewers.
Upon killing her, no journal entry is added and the quest giver, doesn't recognize that the quest has been done.

Also, I'm unable to talk to question anyone about the murders. I can ask them, and the give a standard "Oh have you heard about these murders" speech. Don't know if that's a bug, but I remember being able to question people.

You're not supposed to get a journal entry when you kill her.

The dialog was out of order. I believe I have fixed it for the next version.

Is there a topic that is supposed to come up about the killings? I remember talking to someone in Hlaahu who reported someone threatined by a woman, also in foreign quarter a woman was seen lurking down in the sewers, are those topics there in Morroblivion? Because i dont get any of those topics, I'm up to:

"Two outlander victims were found in Foreign Quarters corridors, one on Foreign Quarter Canalside, one in a Hlaalu Compound corridor, and one in the water near the Arena. All were armed. Only one, a mage, appears to have put up a fight. All had their throats slit with a dagger. The two Ordinators with their throats slit were found near the victim at Hlaalu Compound. It may be someone very stealthy or a very powerful sorcerer."

Nope, cant question anyone and the prophet isn't there either at the foreign quarter

I got this quest today; I've talked to Elam Andas (the quest giver), but failed to find any victim, and nor could I find the Dreamer Prophet. Has this issue been solved?
