problems meeting with saryoni

hey can anyone help me? I had a bug with the hlaalu hortator quest and so had to use the setstage command to complete itbut now when I go back to Nibani Maesa the journal pops up for me to meet tholer saryoni but when I go theres no dialogue options from guy outside or tholer himself and my quest point is still fixed on Nibani who doesnt have any dialogue for the next stage. could someone give me the setstage command for meeting with saryoni or help me out any other way?
Anyone know the setstage code for the meeting with saryoni quest? I have actually gotten the key to his room (i just entered through the front door that was watched by the ordinator; the key unlocked this door without any troubles) and tried to talk to him about the temple's doctrine, but all he says when i select this option is that the nerevarine will be prosecuted or something along those lines. He doesn't give me an option to speak with vivec. I have also tried to raise his disposition; this didnt work either. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could give me the setstage command codes needed to update the journal to allow me to see vivec.
edit: and btw, i tried to go talk to vivec too when saryoni wasn't giving me the option. vivec said i was uninvited and that i should go away :(

You have not given me enough clear information to be able to help you.
You need to be more specific than "the nerevarine will be prosecuted or something along those lines."
You need to tell me what you have done; what steps have you taken, and what you have said to who.

i actually just managed to fix it. what i did was i loaded up the construction set and i loaded the morrowind_ob.esm. I then clicked the character drop down menu at the top of the construction set and clicked the quests section. i then looked for the quest Meet Vivec. keep scrolling til you find it kuz there are alot of em. I then scrolled through all the quests until i found Meet Vivec. I then looked through the tabs for a quest id i could use in the command console in the game. i found one in quest targets. the quest id i used was "fbmwmq12". what i typed into the command console was "setstage fbmwmq12 30". this solved my problem. i'm not really sure what i did wrong when i was playing the game. i ran into this problem a while ago and forgot so i can't methodically tell you what i did; i'm sorry. i just hope that this explanation suffices.
edit: btw i dont wanna take credit for figuring out the whole "use the construction set to figure out the quest id" solution. i read about that elsewhere in the forums. i just looked through the whole quests section for the quest id. this was also my first time using the construction set so it was quite a challenge learning the interface and how to use it lol.
Stage 30 is what happens when you talk to Saroni about meeting Vivec.
To get to that point:
* Athyn Sarethi gives you a package and a note: this starts the whole process.
Without this, nothing can proceed. Sarethi should give you the package when he names you Hortator.
* If you are 20+ level, AND have 50+ Fame, you can skip everything else and go talk to Saroni.
Nibanni will start nagging you to do this if you talk to her and meet the criteria.
* You must speak to Danso, who is standing outside in the Temple district. She gives you the key to Saroni's office, and THIS is what enables you to talk to Saroni, otherwise you are just coming in unannounced.
If you do not get a Journal Update when talking to Danso, then THAT is a problem, and I would need the specifics about that interview.
i don't think i got a journal update when speaking to danso. this may be what my problem was. however, i did get a key from her which is a little strange...
