Sadrith Mora Disconnected stairs.

Description
Ive notived upon going into some interiors in Sadrith Mora, the spiral staircase( s ) seems to be disconnected from the 2nd or final floor. Its not really a major problem at the moment, as it has only occured in a couple cells, and they aren't tied to the main quest, if I recall, but it kind of takes you out of the moment if ya get what I mean, ruins the illusion of immersion.

Are you using v049?
I traveled to Sadrith Mora and looked around everywhere. I can't find a staircase disconnected from the 2nd or final floor, or anything else wrong or missing. Maybe if you can tell what room you're in I could find it and take a picture ...
Otherwise, I don't see an issue here.
OK, I found it inside the Gateway Inn.
I did a quick fix to make the upper sleeping level usable. It's attached to this post.
If one of the 'contributers' wants check this out to see if it's acceptable to the project, please do.
Are you both sure you are using the latest version of master file? (v049, released December 26)
I`m asking because I fixed this misplaced floor myself and the fix was integrated into latest release.
Ah, I was not aware v49 was out. This was v48 (took this screenshot a couple weeks ago, but just signed up recently), Ill go ahead and close this issue, thanks for fix steph
