Sorkvild the Raven Quest Bug

Description

For the Sorkvild the Raven Quest, selecting the "Sorkvild the Raven" dialogue choice the first time results in the quest being assigned, but selecting the dialogue a second time finishes the quest, regardless of whether or not Sorkvild is dead.  This only happened once and I haven't tried it again.  Just reporting what I perceive to be a bug.

Yes, thank you. I had already killed Sorkvild in my travels, so I was expecting the update, but it was indeed checking for the wrong criteria.
