Unable to get Skink in Shades quest

Fits off love the mod and very happy to revisit morrowind.
I am having a problem though that I cannnot begin Skink in Shades quests. I've completed the quest for Edwinna where she asks you to retrieve a detect creature potion, during which Skink tells you to speak with him again and he might have additional work for you. The problem is that when I go back to speak with him he keeps telling me to speak with Skink in Shades (i.e. himself) any time I ask about duties so I cannot start his quests.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Could it be because that particular dialogue is overwriting everything else? If so then would deleting that "speak with Skink" dialogue topic for the character "Skink-In-Tree's-Shade" fix it?
gidz89, you can't delete dialogue topic for specific character
shawnkenyon, in order to get first quest from Skink-In-Tree's-Shade you should complete the quest with potion and have his disposition higher than 30.
You can't? I done it with the CSE but it musn't work then, ah well thought i'd give it a try. Thanks
When you hit "delete" on dialog topic you delete it for all characters.
If you want to remove it from Skink only you should add new condition GetIsID NPC: '0skinkintreesshade' == 0, which actually might be a good thing since he is not supposed to say this line.
Ah so thats how it's done haha my "fix" would have been a disaster.
Removed the reference from his dialogue, it shouldn't be an issue anymore. Located here.
Applied the fix the dialogue is no longer there. The only problem is that he tells me he will have quests later but he's making a detect creatures potion for Edwinna but I've already finished that quest. I tried using console commands to set the quest stage and mark it completed to see if that would trigger a change but no luck. Any ideas?
Disregard the previous post. I reread the posts and realized that his disposition was too low and that's why it wasn't showing up. Its working now.
