Uncompletable faction quests

I have 2 faction quests that are uncompletable.
First is the deliver cure disease potion quest for house redoran- I have located the person I have to give it to, and I have several versions of cure disease potions in my inventory, but I still get no dialogue option to give him the potions.
Second is the mages guild quest to capture an ash ghoul's soul. I have a black soul gem as well as 2 azura star's with ash ghoul souls, but skink in trees shade still ont accept them.
Third, the morag tong quest is stuck on the first writ- Ive killed the target in the elven nations club, and my journal has updated, but everytime I return to the guild master he presents me with the writ for the same target.
Can I have the console commands to set all these quest statuses changed to complete so I can continue with the factions? Thanks.
These qusts are completable. I have completed them in-game.
You will find the Soul of an Ash Ghoul by checking the body of one of the Ash Ghouls in the cavern. Oblivion does not make any provision for recognizing various souls, so I had to do something different, otherwise ANY soul gem would work at any time.
You have missed one of the topics from the questgiver if you cannot deliver the potions. This happened to me during testing. You can't rush through Morrowind. You have to explore all dialog options. Over and over again people have trouble because they think they have the quest and go rushing off...
