I was thinking we could somehow merge this mod with Bloodmoon.

I believe we are already using the mesh
I personally think that we should just stick with werewolves as creatures, instead of trying to make them into humans, with werewolve armor since that does not seem to work.
as for the pc we could look into how that hircine mod works
The mod, Midas Magic, has Spells that can turn the PC into Creatures, like a Wolf. Maybe we can figure out how this works, but Replicate it with Bloodmoon Werewolves, and give the power to the 9 Non Main Quest Werewolves, and have them use it at a Certai time, but make the power only last until the Night Ends. Just an Idea, though.
I like that idea.
Yeah! This way, we can have both Restored Bloodmoon Werewolf creatures, and Playable lycanthropy!

Its theoratically possible to restore BloodMoon lycanthropy with the original mshes and animations.
OBSE can change the Skeleton path of a player or an NPC which can allow them to play as creatures (use alternate animations).
If someone wants to "volunteer" to work on werewolves now then I am ready to provide general guidelines and technical support.
