- You must own and install Oblivion, including the Shivering Isles expansion.
- You must own and install Morrowind, including the Tribunal and Bloodmoon expansions.
- You can buy Oblivion Game of the Year Edition and Morrowind Game of the Year Edition for about $10-20 each on Amazon.com or by direct download from Steam or GOG
Old ESP Converter Download
This is the older method of converting mods, it's recommended to use ModExporter. If you still want to convert the Morrowind files yourself (recommended only for specific modding tasks or very advanced users), you can still download the original ESP converter.
