I have updated the NPC and the Quest for the next version.

The Necromancer cannot already be dead for this fix to work.

It doesn't work for me. Both the Necromancer and the NPC, who must be escorted are dead. Ulyne is lying on the rocks not far from the entrance, near the shipwreck. Above the entrance there are 3 cliffracers. Although I did see her fighting them when I arrived, is it possible they killed her? Pls fix it. Or give me the NPC's ID to spawn her. Thx

just ran into the same bug, opening the console and using "resurrect <1>" on the dead armiger gets her back on her feet and she'll thank you for killing the necromancer (who was already dead when you arrived anyways), but fighters guild still considers her dead and won't pay up.

The fixes I have made have not been released yet; they will be in the next release.

However, because of the way most of these types of quests in Morrowind work, no fix is going to help if you have already gotten close enough to her to stamp her into your save game. Once killed, it does not matter if you ressruect her or not, as you have found out.
