Almost all NPCs appear naked, except for the guards, and everyone act as if the player was naked too

Oh it appears the nude DLC is finally working.
Seconding This issue. Although I think it's more likely related to an incompatibility with a Skyrim Mod.
Confirming this issue, and noting that no Skyrim mods other than the DLC and high-res texture packs are installed.
that's need to be fixed soon.
