Sorry for the hold up, the sheer amount of 3D applications has been hard to keep up with. From what I can tell, most of your models are high poly models. Could you perhaps give me some more info on your experience with baking, texturing, low poly modeling? Do you have experience with tilesets?
If the above is not the case, I'm afraid we can't take you onto the project. We have little resources to teach people these days.
