(COMPLETE) [3D] Long time Blender user wants to make actually useful models.

For the past 7 years I've been modeling random objects and weapons that have never been used in any meaningful project. I'm looking to finally start putting my Blender time into something others can enjoy.

I'm most skilled at modeling things of an inorganic composition, but I'm always up for taking a shot in the dark at greenery.

Hi Piran,

Unfortunately we do not have a task for you at the moment. We will try to keep an eye out for tasks that suit your abilities. You only mention modeling in Blender, which is not very specific. How are you with low/high poly modeling? UV'ing? Do you have experience with baking?

No problem. I'm capable of both high and low poly modeling, and I can optimize high poly meshes to create low ones.

I can UV unwrap simple objects like furniture, weapons, anything with standard shapes really (cubes and cylinders), but more irregular, spherical shapes are difficult for me, like heads.

Baking in Blender is super easy, especially if you need something simple like ambient occlusion or normal maps.

EDIT: I generally prefer modeling smaller, miscellaneous objects instead of intense projects like sets of armor, but I can totally understand if most of these are claimed already.

Can you get this guy something super simple? I'm sure we still have outstanding clutter from our markets and such.

I can totally do what Taerkalith has suggested. I've got Morrowind, so if you wanna just give me a list of items to start knocking out I can easily make some new models based off the actual ingame models.

Sent you a PM Piran.
