Stros M'kai modding project

Hi everyone!

Im creating this form to discuse the idea of a modding project Ive been thinking about starting for a while now and if you haven't worked it out by now its a recreation of the island of stros mkai from the elder scrolls redguard. the island is located south from hammerfell And I think it would be a great place to set a new storyline, aswell as giving the player a chance to explore a part of the hammerfell.

in terms of creating the mod the island its self is not that large only having 2 towns and is mostly covered in a desert and in my opinion would'nt be too much of a problem to create casue of its size but to create this mod I would need a need a team of modders as it would be too much of task to take on my own. there is alot of great people who have worked on morroblivion and are currently working on creating skywind which I love you guys for looks amazing so far :)

but seriously please post on this form and tell me what you think of the idea and even if you would like to work on this idea of mine.

The thing about that is that the models are so outdated that you would have to create new ones unlike with Morrowinds models which can easily fit into newer elder scrolls games. But if you think you could do it, go ahead! That game was actually pretty cool.

Meshes

ye the meshes in redguard are way to outdated but I dont think creating the new meshes would be too much of a problem as theres only 2 citys its not like you would have to create a load of meshes if you going to create somthing like the whole of hammerfell

Well, I hope you'll find the team you're looking for because I would definitly play that mod, in combination with Skywind it would be like having 2.5 times the original game I bought making it 100 times more fun.

to remake the redguardt game would be nice

u would have to remake almost everthing and a just it a bit because hey can hang on stuf prince of percia style

i dont think u can confert it am not sure i am no good at modding but most stuf is alraedy out there thanks to many modders and maby the up coming dlc redguardt

but u would have to be a redguardt male whit name cyrus and use only your own clothes and swordt no other attack styles and no magic ore not but i like to stay tru to origenal but the npc al talk so thats even beter than morrowind cyrus talk u would just have to make silent tekst

u just need a few good modders so hey if u can team up those ho want to do this u got a remake and maby if skywind and oblivion remake is done some here got stil intrest to do this out of fun
