What are the requirements, given the differences between the way things are in Oblivion and the actual Morrowind game?

Thanks, but I'm mainly wondering if the attribute and skill requirement were able to be coded into this conversion and how that affects advancement if not.
Unless that's what you're saying; to just do quests with no other requirement. How many do you have to do to move on? I know it's not like later games where you do every one in a certain path. And I've heard you don't need to do every one to be Arch-Mage, so is there a certain number you have to do each rank?
Each quest gives you a
Each quest gives you a certain amount of faction reputation. Whether or not you can advance to next rank is calculated by this and your skills.
The difference from Morrowind in skill requirements is that secondary skills no longer matter, i.e. where in Morrowind you needed "one skill at 90 and two others at 35", in Morroblivion you only need one skill at 90.
There is also a generic quest for each faction you join, which tells you if you are ready for promotion and if not, that you need to do more quests and\or increase your skills. This is also reflected in NPCs dialogue.

Thanks, but isn't there no faction reputation in Oblivion as in Morrowind? So what determines readiness besides attributes and skills? A certain number of quests done? Or has reputation been somehow programmed in with Morroblivion?
Reputation is stored as a
Reputation is stored as a quest variable. There really is nothing complicated about it.
Also you asked almost the same questions a year ago. Can't you just play and see for yourself?
Yeah, I've been trying to
Yeah, I've been trying to find that. I searched for my username and found one result in the voice acting topic and not this question, so I asked again. I assumed that was deleted for being old. Sorry.
