This is an almost complete remake of Morroblivion's chargen sequence, featuring real time conversations and animation.
I've done this mostly as a challenge for scripting NPC behaviour, but also to fix a few annoying things, like the opening cinematic.
Features:
- New setting in Morroblivion.ini to enable\disable alternative start.
- Appropriate video now plays at the start of a new game, also depending on the ini setting above.
- All NPC conversations are real-time, without going into dialogue mode.
Note: incompatible with Chargen and Transport mod.

Impressive. Just tested it and it works flawlessly. This is probably how it should have been in the first place. Very much like the original. I still like Chargen and Transport mod for the possibility to travel to Cyrodiil but this is definitely my starting mod of choice though I assume this might get merged?
Worked great for me! Definitely brings back more of the original Morrowind feel! Great work :)
Yes, I plan to merge this, but CAT mod can be made compatible afterwards.

With Transport Mod Activated you Can Not Get in to Morrowind, on Boat can not Lock on to Jiub,Julius Cerantus ask you ( if there is a Problem) only Gray Fox in Dialog Listing,Shamir (I dont Think we Have been Introduced) is all He has to Say Does Not Lock on to Player Like Normal, Nothing Else in His Dialog Listing, Walk down on to Pier to Talk to Guard, goes to Movie Mode and Sits there Goes no Further.
Have Loaded Chargen Revamped After Transport Mod ,Plus Before Transport Mod, Changed Settings in ( ini) File Have Reloaded 6 times Cannot Get in to Morrowind.
Well, this just means it's incompatible with CAT. I don't use it myself and haven't looked at its scripting.
Strange. I tested it with CAT active and it worked without any issues. Loaded this mod last.
Roxon: You're not supposed to go into dialogue mode with Jiub, everything happens through game mode.
Nothing Happens you Walk on 2 Pier goes to Like Movie Mod, that is all That Happens.
Edit Came from Imp City.
This is meant to be used with new game, which I thought was fairly obvious.
It was i Started in Imp City Prison, used Console to Give 1000 Gold and Jumped a Boat to Morrowind to see how it Worked.
Oh, dear... New game in Morrowind.
No Problem i thought that was the Option in the ini file Morrowind\Oblivion to Start.
The option in the ini defines where you would start a new game.
