Guys! I cant upload new file to this thread, so please use the one that @Quorwyf posted - this is a fixed BSA archive and mod itself. --> link https://tesrenewal.com/comment/82068#comment-82068
Thanks for attention!

Good day, fellow moders!
About 3 months ago I was complaining to Qwerty, that there are no adequate House mods for Morroblivion, his answer surprised me, he said, community is not that active to transfer mods...
Task was actually trivial so I took it and transferred my favorite Home mod from Morrowind - Ice Hideaway. I`m really busy at work now, so it took me about a week to transfer it and 2 months to polish it, and I still feel like I should add something.
I`ll release additional version of the mod with even more features, depends on the feedback I`ll receive =)
Mod is in package, everything should be in place, you`ll need 3 master files to play:
Oblivion.esm
Morrowind_ob.esm
CM Partners.esm
All credit for original Morrowind mod, hugest thanks and tons of love goes to - CanadianIce
Also huge thanks for Side777 for furniture models, they perfectly fit Hideaway now.
Both mentioned in mod description. If any of you, guys, do not want this mod to use your models, please, let me know, I`ll delete it, though I hope you`ll love my work as much as I love yours!
To get to the Hideaway, simply go to Raven Rock and Dive, you wont miss it.
Any feedback is welcome!

The screenshots look very nice. Did you use the converter or did you do it all manually? Also, what's with the dependancy on CM Partners?
Hey,
I used converter, some things made manually. I added a CM partner to the kitchen room, instead of Rambo NPC from original mod.
Added to the Mod List.

It is nice. And the CM Partners thing would be easy to remove if someone doesn't want it.
Thanks Steph,
I would gladly see some comments on the mod, what I should add? Also I would like you to keep a companion, since Ice Hideaway is a beautiful place and should not be unprotected ;)
And in case you dont know, Sharu Garrul is a magical guardian of the Keep of the Four Worlds from Roger Zelazny`s Chronicles of Amber =)
Like I said, I dont have much time, so I added only basics, I`ll work on the mod later for sure, so I need suggestions.
Where is the ice hideaway located?
I`ll upload more screenshots or a video-guide, when I`ll have time for it, sorry a lot of work recently.
Right now Ice Hideaway is located underwater in the Raven Rock bay. Just dive, you`ll see a huge crab shell, like in Ald`Ruhn, swim to the door under the shell and there you are, at your new best in Morrowind home =)
ok, so when i enable this mod, small chests in morrowind, particularly the ones in seyda neen inside of arrille's tradehouse, have missing textures... (they're purple) is there a fix for this?
help....i see outer door and inner home purple
Re_Install the Mod Textures are not the Correct Directorys.
I reinstalled the mod, btw inside there are only 2 files (Ice Hideaway Reborn.bsa and Ice Hideaway Reborn.esp) but everything is still pink. Where are meshes and textures?

The BSA in the rar is corrupt. I unpacked and repacked the BSA using OBMM and the home's textures now load correctly.
Today I noticed a missing mesh in the kitchen for a note. The fix for this particular issue is detailed in another house thread.

Update - while the esp is pointing to the same non-existant file, changing the MODL to the correct file in TES4Edit does not seem to fix this problem.
Any suggestions?
Also, spent some time poking around further, just noticed a lot of the misc items point to a mesh folder that doesn't exist in either my data folder or the BSA.
Correction - the folder structure in the BSA is different from what the esp points to...but some files are just completely missing from the BSA.
ty vm, now it works, let me know if you can solve the problem about the missing mesh in the kitchen
Welcome. :)
I think the only way to fix the missing meshes is to either delete the references or find good replacement meshes. Unfortunately I don't know enough at present to poke further...and i'm a bit busy with a glitch that makes it impossible for me to stay in Imperial City for an extended period without major graphics problems.
