Moves the grip point of spears/halberds and extends reach. Optional spear_rebalance.esp will increase speed of spears, but will make them overpowered compared to other weapons.

This is much needed! I wonder how difficult it would be to re-create the Spear Animations!? or even the Cross Bows
Thank you very much for this. I would suggest that pushing the spear's bottom part a but to incide (near the body) will make it look better.
Is there any similar esp for staff too?
