Voices of Morroblivion adds audible dialogue to the entire world of Morrowind, using Oblivion voice acting with Jeff Baker's imperial male voice. All included files were generated using xvasynth with help from dimitrijejankov xvasynth Morrowind dialogue dump.

Is it different from xVASynth Voices? I've been using that mod for a while already, and it is still listed in the main release post.

Oh it is! Using Oblivion voices with Morrowinds Imperial male voice, Jeff baker was the original imperial voice for oblivion anyway.. but it's more of a showcase, until the voice models are trained better. Also it's properly seperated by races, so you shouldn't get a Nord voice for a Argonians and such...Once the other half of the voices are generated, I'll probably update the main post
I tried these sound file sets. The speech synthesizer is robotic as expected, which clashes with the setting of non-technologically enabled people.
Occasionally the speech jumps over some letters in foreign words or words in quotation marks, and usually speaks too fast to be understood, which requires that I wait until it stops speaking and re-read it in Protocolled Dialogs. Maybe you don't feel this way if you've completed the game many times and don't need to read.
In this smaller set only some lines are voiced. In the bigger set, a speaker would switch between different "actors". It was over whopping 2 gigs, which I think is a bad cost for this quality.
I found it curious that the female speakers had a faint "English accent," which makes sense now when I read they were based on the actual recordings as samples.
I totally agree, The imperial males sounds like trash too, I hope their models get trained better like Skyrim's ... I only did this mod for a proof of concept, I have another version which uses only the Morrowind voices :P
