I have the correct Silgrad Towers version, I have activated the .esp, I use archive invalidation, I've sorted load order, I've done everything I can think of - but the armours just aren't showing up :( Just a floating head and sword :( WTF am I doing wrong????
You need Silgrad Tower 4.0 resources. Unfortunately, I don't remember where I found them. Try using Google. If the resources are there, but it doesn't work, then unpack the bsa. I recommend using https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/3311

OK I did get it working after a full reinstall of the Silgrad Towers mod. It definately makes the game look a lot better, now if someone could still get in touch with the Silgrad Towers folks and get permission to get this bundled with Morroblivion...
